    hello

I have already done a functional article, but the second one does not work.
It’s a different exel file, and on the product page the price stays at zero.

Can a field be used by several calculators ? Or should we create another by making a clone ?

The exel file is almost identical to the one used for the product that functions. I do not see what could give this result.
    Thanks for your help.

    Hello,

Yes, one field can be used for several calculators (But if you need different options, for example a list of different items, you need to create an other field).

Could you please send us the wp-admin test credentials of your website here: https://altoswebsolutions.com/contact-us

Please write also the name of the calculator having problems.

Please use as subject “AT1467” in the contact form.

    Kind Regards,
