Please help, I am building a store for our business. We like your plugin and we have purchased the PRO version to use for custom size banners and signs.

The sizing calculator works well, the problem is that after a custom banner size is added, and you click “Add To Cart” it does not add the product to the cart and warns that the required information was not entered.

This is the page https://www.roycesignworks.com/shop/product/custom-banner/

Hi,

it looks very weird, did this problem appears after you install another plugin or this is the first time you use WooPriceCalculator?
To be able to find and resolve the problem we will need a wordpress admin account of your site to make some test.
It would be great if you send some ftp credentials too.

Waiting to here more from you.
Best regards,

Hi,

we were not able to reproduce the problem.
It seems everything to works fine. The add to cart button works, and we tried to the specific product you send to use too : http://www.studiofotoart.it/sl/product/calzature/ .

Waiting for your feedback,
Best regards,

Hello
always on my page:
http://www.studiofotoart.it/sl/product/calzature/
I asked if it was possible to create a list of images, where the images appear on a single line and the customer has the possibility to select more than one.
thank you

Hello,

you can create a list of image, but it will a select input field or a radio one, where the user can select only one image, and this images are show in a drop-down or as radio buttons.
If you choose radio buttons the layout by default is vertical, but with a little change with css you can display them in a row.

The checkboxes that give the possibility to select one o more options , is not available with images.

Waiting to hear more from you.
Best regards

Thanks Naidi
the radio is fine.
But how do I put them horizontally instead of vertically?
Or create two columns?
Thank you

or the best thing would be:
image list
without the blue background
and with the label on the right of the image

Hi,

you can change the position of the label and the blue background as well using custom css.
If you are interested in anything custom , write us an email at https://altoswebsolutions.com/contact-us
