Can you send me a PHP template that matches the layout of Default (Autogenerated) template that I can edit? See attached. The three samples included do not have the same layout.

I want the field names to the left of the drop down List Field.

Hi Rob,

You can create a new template by following the example code at: https://woopricecalculator.com/documentation#customize-theme

This way you can decide where to display various fields, enter your CSS and other relevant information.
