[SOLVED] Help with organising the Calculator

Hi,

I’ve been using the wooprice calculator for a short while and I’m very pleased with it.
Since today I’ve upgraded to the proversion, but I need some help with the new calculator.
When I upload the Excelfile it works fine and it gives me the possibility to map the fields.
I have a webshop where I want that customers can fill in the fields what I have defined in the fields tab, I fill in the maxsize in the Excel sheet. And the Woo Price Calculator, calculates an price based on the output price. Am I doing something impossible here? Or does this still need some work?

I understand your question.
What I want is to fill in the maximum size of the product. The maximum size given by the supplier is 2000mm, if I fill in this value (combined with size 1200mm and 50mm) the calculator should give the output of the max prize 9,85.
Otherwise I have to calculate every product and every size displayed. Like: 200mm + 300mm + 10mm = 3,50 for example. I don’t want to do this, because I have bought the calculator for this. So based on the maximum sizes as displayed in the screenshot, the calculator should give the outputprice based on the maximum sizes. Do you think that’s possible?

I have made a calculator before with a formula that displays the right price, but now I want to do this with the Excel calculator.

If you can do the same calculator you did with formula using the Excel calculator would solve the problem?

What is the formula that you used for the formula calculator?

As I can see from your screenshot you have already made a Excel calculator, could you please send to me the URL of the product?

Here are the different fields and values.

Thickness:
10 mm
20 mm
50 mm
Length:
2000 mm
Width:
1200 mm

The maximum price (what I got from my supplier) are:
10 mm x 2000 mm x 1200 mm = € 9,86
20 mm x 2000 mm x 1200 mm = € 17,85
50 mm x 2000 mm x 1200 mm = € 42,02

For example a customer fills in the fields: 34 mm x 1500 mm x 800 mm = € ???
I don’t know how to calculate this to be honest and what baseprice I need to handle.

If you have a look on this attached excel worksheet, you discover that the price is non linearly parametric on the volume.
More material you buy, more discount you get.
In fact the supplier:

apply 9% of discount when you buy the 20 mm thickness of the material
apply 15% of discount when you buy the 50 mm thickness of the material

So I image that the discount applied for 34 mm x 1500 mm x 800 mm could make the price just about more or less 15,50 €!

So, is mandatory that your supplier have to give to you his excel worksheet or explain to you how he computes the price
