I love this plugin and really, really need it to work. Please Help!

I have been playing with your plugin for a couple of weeks and did the upgrade 1.2.8 today. Things weren’t working out so I decided to disable and delete the plugin completely. I checked the server and the plugin was gone. I reinstalled the new plugin 1.2.8 as a new install and I noticed that all of my fields and calculation sheets were still there. So, I removed all the fields and calculation sheets manually from the plugin UI, when they were all removed I disabled & deleted the plugin again. It was again removed from my server. When I reinstalled the plugin, this time all of my fields and calculation sheets were gone but, when I added a new field it started with woo_price_calc_35 which is where I left off when I deleted 1 – 34 before.

Please help me with this problem, If there is a way to start over from scratch that would be fine.

    Thank you

    Hi Rob,

yes we found too an issue in v1.2.8 for product price calculation. We’re going to release v1.2.9 really soon.
I’ll inform you about new release.
About uninstalling and reinstalling our plugin, table and data remains in database for security.
If you need to remove all data you can to do it in MySQL panel. Those are our plugin tables:

    [PREFIX]_woopricesim_fields
    [PREFIX]_woopricesim_regex
    [PREFIX]_woopricesim_simulations
    [PREFIX]_woopricesim_simulators

By the way it’s in our to do list a button-feature to remove all data when uninstall plugin.

    Regards,
    Simone

    Hi Simone,

I just loaded the new plug in. For some reason when I go to a product and change an option like quantity the price does not update. The field changes but nothing happens with the price.

However, this ONLY happens when I am logged in as the “WordPress Administrator” if a regular customer is on my site not logged in, it works fine.

Any idea what the problem might be?

    Thanks
    Rob

What about registered users? Is there the same issue or only for Administrators?
Could you tell me the url of product page please?

If is only with admin user maybe it’s a conflict with some other plugin which “runs” only in frontend of website when admin users is logged.

ps= for new issues please open a new topic. It help us and also other users to find similar informations. 😉

    Regards,
    Simone

    Hi Simone,

I got it working again, not sure what it was, I de-activated and re-activated your plug in, I went to the product and made a change to the product, and I reloaded the database for that product. Unfortunately, I don’t know which change solved the problem.

Thank you for your reply, next time I will open a new topic when i have another issue.

    Thanks
    Rob
