    Hi,

    I have just purchased Pro and need to set it up for the following price beaks;

    Width 54 80 108 135 162
    Drop
    48 79.06 n/a n/a n/a n/a
    54 81.77 119.72 157.67 195.62 233.54
    72 90.19 132.3 174.45 216.59 258.73
    90 98.58 144.88 191.22 237.56 283.89
    108 106.76 157.2 207.64 258.08 308.49

so a customer should be able to enter the width as 50, and drop of 40 and the price calculates to 79.06
or width 81 Drop 54 and get a price of 119.72

    Your assistance is greatly appreciated.

    Thanks
    Tony

    Hi Tony,

We have modified the file(we have inserted another index on sheet1, and modified the formules in calculator sheet).
We have resolved the problem on the online calculator (https://play.altoswebsolutions.com/at1266/product/tomas-product/ )

    Thanks,

    Hi Romina,

Thanks for the reply, it is very nearly there 🙂
Just one problem I have noticed… if you enter a width from 80 to 162, with a drop of 0 to 48 it should not return a price but N/A or Call Us

    Thanks
    Tony

That looks to be working thanks

    Last thing (I think…)

If customers adds a width higher than 162 and a drop longer than 108 can we display ‘Please call us’

    Thanks again
    Tony

    Hi There,

That looks to work 🙂 not sure how it works though hahah

How do I add this to my website? I have imported the spreadsheet and mapped the calculator but it doesn’t work correctly.

    Thanks

    Hi,
Just wondered if there was any update on my previous message?

How do I incorporate the modified price calculator in to my website?

I have a number of different calculators I need to produce, so it would be better if I understood how this worked so I could create my own.

    Thanks
    Tony

    Hi Tony,

if its possible , can you give us your website credentials (WP-admin) about your pre-production environment? Before to send us your credentials I suggest you to read our customization policies. First we would like to have access to your pre-production environment, only. Second, to send credentials to us, please, use the form at this link for security reasons : https://altoswebsolutions.com/contact-us
    Thank you

    Hi Romina,

Just wondered if there was any update?
I sent the creditials, but unfortunately I gave the wrong password… the correct password was emailed to Enrico.

The pricing works ok on your demo site… I just need to know how to implement it on my staging site… I have different price lists to create so I need to understand how this works (I don’t want to be bothering you guys with it everytime.)

    Thanks
    Tony

    Hi Tony,

I’ve checked your “Test Curtain” that was not working at first. But it was just missing the “Regular Price” inside the product.

A regular price is always needed, it could be also “0”.

    Hi Enrico,

The calculator still doesn’t work as your demo site.
On your demo site if you enter a width or drop that is out of the range of the pricing a message is displayed to ‘Call Us’
I have downloaded the calculator from your demo site and uploaded it to my staging site (Mapped the fields), but when I enter width or drop that are out of range I receive a price… how do I get the system to display ‘Call Us’ for out of range dimensions?

    Thanks
    Tony

    Hi Enrico / Romina,

I think I have figured this out 🙂 I hadn’t mapped the error fields.

[strike]I will try and[/strike] I have now created an additional calculator for a different product, everything looks to be working ok 🙂

    Thanks for your help

    Hi There,

Is it possible to associate different price calculators to one product?

For curtains we have three options – Pencil Pleate, Eyelet & Pinch Pleat, each option has its own set of prices… so instead of creating individual products is it possible for the customer to select the required type and then the correct price list be associated to the selection?

Attached is an example of the three price lists with my current calculator.

    Thanks
    Tony

    Hi Tony,

It’s not possible to associate different calculators to the same product, but you can solve the problem by changing your Excel file, in general you should:

    a) Add a new row in your Calculator A which is your “Curtain Option” (It will be a List field) option in your WooPriceCalculator
    b) You can add a formula using the IF. So IF customer select Pencil Pleate, you should HLOOKUP/VLOOKUP the Pencil Pleate in your “Sheet 1”, IF customer select Eyelet, you should HLOOKUP/VLOOKUP the Eyelet in your “Sheet 1” and so on.

    Kind Regards,
    Enrico
