Error in layout

When reloading the file (the spreadsheet) in a calculator, we have verified that sometimes the shop page undergoes modifications and the layout is not correct.

The provisional solution we have found is to reload the previous version of the spreadsheet so that the shop page can be seen again correctly, but of course it is not possible to incorporate the changes made in that spreadsheet.

You know what this may be due to.

I attach 2 images of the 2 states, the correct one and the wrong one.

It is possible that a PHP error is generated. Try to:

a) In your wp-config.php file add:

define( ‘WP_DEBUG’, true );
define( ‘WP_DEBUG_LOG’, true );

To enable logging.

b) Try to re-upload the Excel file having problems and surf the shop page again to generate the error
c) Check your “/wp-content/debug.log” or “/wp-admin/debug.log” files.

I have followed your instructions, I have sent to email shop@altoswebsolutions.com with subject AT1547 the debug.log and the Excel file where are the calculators MP, GU, TB and RP.

The error is:

“PHP Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in /var/www/vhosts/laseramedida.com/httpdocs/wp-content/plugins/woo-price-calculator/admin/resources/lib/PHPExcel”

I think this new Excel file is more heavy so I think you can:

a) Try in increase or ask your server provider to enlarge your “max_execution_time” of your PHP more then 30 seconds.
b) Simplify your Excel file to become more fast

Tried increasing max_execution_time to 120, same error.

Simplify the Excel will be more difficult.

Another any suggestions?.

I sent the Excel worksheet to shop@……com last friday, subject of the message AT1547.

Right now we have solved the problem as follows, we have 6 family categories, we were trying to include the 6 calculators in the same excel file, and now we have divided it into 6 files, one for each of the categories, and with this the web loads correctly.

Anyway, if you can take a quick look at the spreadsheet that I sent you last Friday to see if you can advise us something, tell me if you can see the email that I told you that we sent last Friday, if don’t tell me, I’ll send it to you again to email address you want.
