    Hi,

we are using PRO Version with Excel Support. At our Development Systems everything worked fine, After pushing current wordpress, woocommerce and wooprice to our testserver, the Price Calculation not working anymore.

Excel will apear in the the /wp-content/uploads/woo-price-calculator/docs path, but in db table (_simulators) we recognized that options field was “null” inside.

do you know why this happens? after copy / paste / modify the options fields in db from another calculator everything works fine.

    Hi,

Does this happen every time you save that calculator or every time you copy the plugin from one environment to another?
I don’t understand when the options field became “null”

Remember to copy all the WPC data from one database to the other.

Have you tried to delete and re-upload your Excel document in your testserver?

If is it possible could you send your FTP and wp-admin access credentials where the plugin is not working correctly to https://altoswebsolutions.com/contact-us?

    Best regards,
    Enrico

    Thank you for your answer.
I’ve already copied between different environments (from Mac to Windows) and everything was fine. Now I was copied on a public Testserver for demonstration.

Now I’ve tried to reinstall the plugin, but without any changes.

I had copied the complete database without missing anything.

I’ve send you the credentials of wp-admin to your mail address,
    thank you for your help!
    kind Regards,
    Mike

additional information: the excel document will be stored correctly… I think that’s correctly stored in wp-content/uploads/woo-price-calculator/ (?)

    Hi Michael,

I have enabled error printing and I see this error: “Your requested sheet index: is out of bounds. The actual number of sheets is 1”.

Seems that the xls files are different from your other environment.

It would be fantastic if you can send to https://altoswebsolutions.com/contact-us the entire websites (filesystem + database): source environment and destination environment, as I can better understand the problem.

If your websites are too large you can send me a download link.

If you can’t do it; could you send to me the current xls files that are stored in wp-content/uploads/woo-price-calculator folder (source environment and destination environment)?

    Best regards,
    Enrico
