[CLOSED] Subcategory Pricing

First of all, congratulatios for your plugin. It seems very good!
I am playing with the free version and I would like to have two questions:
1) I have the following hierarchy:
– Category A
– Subcategory A1
– Subcategory A2
I would like these categories to have different pricing and therefore I have created two fields. I applied one field to Subcategory A1 and the other to Subcategory A2. However, they have the same pricing. It seems it is applying that pricing to the whole category A, which I do not want. Do you know how we can solve this?
2) Following the example above, on the subcategory A1 I do not want to show 2 list options to the product A1.10, for example. Can I hide those two options for that given product? I´ve tried to solve this creating a field just for one product, but I got this error: Already used by other Calculator. You must select only one simulator for each product.
here’s my e-mail if you want to contact directly: firstname.lastname@example.org

Thank you a lot for this version.
It solved the question 1. However, the question 2 still persists. Explaining by other words, it seems the pricing set for the subcategory overrides any pricing that can be set for one given product which belongs to that subcategory. If you allow me to give a suggestion, I believe the hierarchy should be the other way around:
Product level pricing > Subcategory level pricing > Category level pricing. In this example, the category pricing would only be applied when there wouldn’t be any pricing set at the product or subcategory level.
Finally, on my product page I have three elements:
1) BLUE: Price
2) RED: Free Shipping
3) GREEN: Time to order
You can see an example here: https://snag.gy/gYoNeV.jpg
The red and green elements disappear when I apply your plugin, as well as the text “Preço:” that means price (I could not attach an example because I got an error saying “You have too many links in your message, please decrease them!”). Do you know why this happens?

I forgot one more question: in some products under the same subcategory, when I try to addem to cart it retrieves an error of “Out of Stock”, which cant be true because those products dont have stock.
When I deactivate the plugin, I caan add those products to the cart seamlessly.

Usually we give support to “free” customers only.
Anyway we have a quick suggestion for you
try to change the subcategory of the product or create a new subcategory under A1 so you can assign different calculators to different products.
But probably seems that you could need more support
If you buy a premium version you can have free support.
And also money back within 30 days without any formality
And if you buy now you, can get a plug-in at 30% discount so that the price is 48 € instead 58 €

I just read your answer. If you guarantee me your plugin can address the issues I told on the ticket, I´ll pay the premium version. It seems fair to me to pay the premium version, but it needs to solve my problems.January 19, 2018 at 9:14 am #4783AnonymousGuest
