Hi! i am not able to customise the css, no change.
i use FTP to edit the custom.css but any change i do does not reflect on the site.

i am trying to use the id (eg) #aws_price_calc_1_options{}
am i doing some thing worong?

please advice!

Hi Aron,

This kind of issue (If you are trying to change the CSS but it doesn’t change) it could be for these reasons:

– You have installed a cache plugin in your website, and you need to clear the cache (For example Super Cache Plugin)
– You need to clear the cache of the browser. You need it especially if you are using Chrome.

If none of the above works, please send your WP-admin and FTP passwords to “https://altoswebsolutions.com/contact-us”. I’ll check if there are other problems.
